The invention discloses an early warning method for thermal runaway of a battery pack of an electric vehicle, which relates to the technical field of battery management and is characterized in that the battery pack is charged through an improved multi-stage constant-current charging strategy, and the acquired data of the battery pack in the charging stage are analyzed; according to the method, information related to thermal runaway of the battery is extracted from the angles of capacity degradation, voltage abnormity and the like to serve as abnormal state indexes, an abnormity grading strategy based on a fuzzy weighted neural network is constructed, the abnormal state indexes of the single bodies serve as input to obtain the abnormal grades of the single bodies, and corresponding treatment measures are taken for different abnormal grades. Therefore, efficient and accurate electric vehicle thermal runaway early warning is realized.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车电池组热失控预警方法,涉及电池管理技术领域,是通过改进的多级恒流充电策略对电池组进行充电,利用获取的电池组充电阶段数据进行分析,从容量退化、电压异常等角度提取与电池热失控相关的信息作为异常状态指标,并构建基于模糊加权神经网络的异常分级策略,并将单体的异常状态指标作为输入以获得单体的异常等级,针对不同的异常等级采取对应的处置措施,从而实现高效准确的电动汽车热失控预警。
