The invention provides a turboprop engine propeller rotating speed control method for an unmanned aerial vehicle, and the control method comprises a propeller rotating speed drift automatic compensation rule which is used for solving the problem of propeller balance rotating speed drift caused by speed selection and step loss of a stepping motor; the control method further comprises a propeller rotating speed and step number relation on-line calibration method, the on-line calibration method does not need to run a special ground test program, other ground tests of the engine can be combined, and calibration can be completed through simple on-line operation. According to the invention, two major problems of a stepping motor speed selection structure of a small and medium-sized turboprop engine propeller speed regulator for an unmanned aerial vehicle are solved, and precise control of the rotating speed of the propeller in an unmanned aerial vehicle mode is realized.

    本发明提出一种无人机用涡桨发动机螺旋桨转速控制方法,该控制方法包括螺旋桨转速漂移自动补偿规律,用于解决步进电机选速丢步导致的螺旋桨平衡转速漂移问题;该控制方法还包括螺旋桨转速和步数关系在线标定方法,该在线标定方法无需运行专门的地面试验程序,可结合发动机其它地面试验进行,通过简单的在线操作即可完成标定。本发明解决了无人机用中小型涡桨发动机螺旋桨桨速调节器步进电机选速结构存在两大主要问题,实现无人机模式下对螺旋桨转速的精准控制。
