The invention discloses an integral hoisting construction method for a wind power generation tower, which belongs to the technical field of wind power generation towers and comprises the following specific steps: pouring a wind power generation tower foundation at a mounting position; a plurality of to-be-installed stand columns and a fan are sequentially hoisted and placed on the bearing unit, and splicing installation is carried out; the lifting unit is used for enabling the bearing unit to drive the multiple stand columns and the draught fan to turn over; after the hoisting unit turns over the multiple assembled stand columns and the fan to set positions, the stand columns slowly move downwards under the assistance of a crane till bolts are inserted into the base flange plates, nuts are preliminarily screwed corresponding to the bolts, then the perpendicularity of the stand columns is corrected, and after correction is completed, the nuts are screwed; and grouting is conducted at the bottom ends of the stand columns, so that the wind power generation tower foundation is buried in the grouting materials, and then final screwing is conducted on the nuts. The difficulty of assembly work can be reduced, and the stand column and the wind power generation tower foundation can be connected more firmly.
本发明公开了一种风力发电塔的整体吊装施工方法,属于风力发电塔技术领域,具体步骤包括:在安装位置处浇筑风力发电塔基础;将待安装的多根立柱和风机依次吊装放置于承载单元上,并进行拼接安装;使用起吊单元使承载单元带动多根立柱和风机翻转;起吊单元将拼装完成的多根立柱和风机翻转至既定位置后,在吊车的辅助下使立柱缓慢下移,直至将螺栓从座法兰盘中插入,并将螺帽对应螺栓初步旋紧,然后对立柱的垂直度进行校正,校正完成后,再拧紧螺帽;在立柱底端进行灌浆,使得风力发电塔基础埋设于灌浆料之中,然后对螺帽进行终拧。能够降低装配工作的困难度,使得立柱和风力发电塔基础之间进行一个较为紧固的连接。
