The invention relates to a construction method for a tower crane to penetrate through a basement roof, and belongs to the technical field of building foundation engineering. The construction method comprises the steps that a hole is reserved in the basement roof, the hole keeps away from a primary beam and a secondary beam of a basement, and a high ridge platform is additionally arranged on the peripheral side of the reserved hole; a tower crane is installed, and the tower crane penetrates out of the basement from the hole; after the tower crane is installed, a supporting assembly used for supporting the top plate is additionally arranged on the peripheral side of the hole; after tower crane construction is completed, the tower cranes are sequentially disassembled from top to bottom; after the tower crane is disassembled, a bottom die is arranged below the hole, the bottom die tightly abuts against the lower surface of the top plate, and a first fixing assembly used for supporting and fixing the bottom die is arranged below the bottom die; concrete pouring is conducted at the hole, and hole plugging is completed; after the concrete is solidified, a waterproof layer is laid above the basement top plate; and the supporting assembly, the first fixing assembly and the bottom die are disassembled. The tower crane mounting method has the effect of improving the tower crane mounting convenience.
