The invention discloses a high pick-up rate middle and primary school underground traffic layout method and system, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a traffic prediction model, and predicting the traffic flow data and parking demands of the entrance and exit of a middle and primary school underground garage; whether the predicted parking demands of the underground garages of the primary and middle schools in each period in the future have peak periods or not is judged; if the peak period exists, adjusting the parking space layout according to a first parking space distribution adjustment strategy in a preset period before the predicted peak period; monitoring traffic flow data at the entrance and the exit of the underground garage and parking space use conditions in real time, and if any predicted time period is determined as a peak period and parking space use is still in a pre-saturation state, calling a second parking space distribution adjustment strategy to adjust the parking space layout; and identifying and tracking the target vehicle when the target vehicle entering and leaving from the entrance and exit of the primary and middle school underground garage is monitored, generating a navigation route and returning the navigation route to the vehicle-mounted terminal of the user. According to the invention, high pick-up rate can be realized while the pick-up safety and convenience of students can be guaranteed.

    本申请公开了一种高接送率中小学地下交通布局方法及系统,所述方法包括:构建交通预测模型,预测中小学地下车库出入口交通流量数据和停车需求;分别判断预测的未来各时段中小学地下车库停车需求是否存在高峰时段;若存在高峰时段,于预测的高峰时段前一预设时段按第一车位分布调整策略调整车位布局;实时监测地下车库出入口交通流量数据和停车位使用情况,若存在预测的任一时段确定为高峰时段且仍出现停车位使用处于预饱和状态,则调用第二车位分布调整策略调整车位布局;每监测到自中小学地下车库出入口驶入驶离的目标车辆,识别追踪目标车辆,生成导航路线返回至用户车载终端。本申请能够保障对学生接送安全性与便利性的同时实现高接送率。
