The invention discloses a visual target screening method, device and equipment and a storage medium, relates to the technical field of vehicle control, and discloses a visual target screening method which comprises the following steps: when a visual target is detected, obtaining a visual target motion state and a visual target distance, determining a corresponding visual target screening strategy based on the visual target motion state and the visual target distance; determining a visual target validity evaluation result according to the visual target motion state; and when the visual target validity evaluation result is that the visual target is valid, determining visual target delay processing time according to the visual target screening strategy so as to complete visual target screening. According to the scheme, misjudgment of the visual targets and unnecessary vehicle control intervention can be reduced through the corresponding visual target screening strategy.
