When the hydraulic pressure of the first cavity is larger than that of the third cavity, the valve rod moves downwards and closes the valve, and oil in the main oil cavity is prevented from flowing back. A shaft sleeve assembly and a sleeve assembly are assembled outside the plunger assembly, and a guiding effect is achieved for reciprocating motion of the plunger assembly. The structure is more integrated and reliable, the optimal working position of the suspension pneumatic hydraulic cylinder can be adjusted back when the vehicle posture is lowered under the condition that a hydraulic system is not additionally arranged, and the suspension pneumatic hydraulic cylinder has the advantages of being simple in structure, low in cost and the like.
