The invention discloses an automatic operation power assembly coordination control method and system for an intelligent agricultural machine under complex working conditions. The method comprises the steps that a multi-objective optimization model is constructed, and power assembly control parameters under agricultural machine complex coupling excitation are covered; constructing a prediction model of a torque dynamic response delay rule and an operation quality influence of the power assembly based on the experimental data; working condition parameters are collected in real time, the rollover critical speed is calculated to serve as the constraint condition of the turning-around speed, and the turning-around speed is planned according to the speed and the turning path; by means of the optimization model, the working condition parameters and the turning-around speed, unfavorable excitation is avoided, and the matched gear and the reversing opportunity are solved; and the engine torque demand is predicted in advance based on the prediction model and the matching parameters, and an electronic accelerator pedal signal is controlled to compensate the torque in advance. The speed, the gear and the reversing opportunity of the agricultural machine under complex working conditions such as turning around can be optimized, the fuel economy is improved, and pause, power loss and delay are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种用于智能农机复杂工况下的自动作业动力总成协调控制方法及系统。该方法包括:构建多目标优化模型,涵盖农机复杂耦合激励下的动力总成控制参数;基于实验数据构建动力总成的转矩动态响应延迟规律和作业质量影响的预测模型;实时采集作业工况参数,计算侧翻临界速度作为掉头速度的约束条件,并依据该速度和转弯路径规划掉头速度;利用优化模型、工况参数及掉头速度,规避不利激励,求解匹配档位和换向时机;并基于预测模型和匹配参数提前预测发动机转矩需求,控制电子加速踏板信号对转矩进行提前补偿。本发明可优化农机在掉头等复杂工况下的速度、档位和换向时机,提升燃油经济性,减少顿挫、动力损失和延迟。
