The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft control system design, and particularly relates to an aircraft cockpit alarm filtering method for improving man-machine work efficiency, which comprises the following steps: establishing a database including an association network associated with all alarm information of an aircraft; after the airplane is powered on, triggered alarm information of all components is obtained, the triggered alarm information is divided into an associated alarm group and independent alarms except the associated alarm group through the association network, and the multiple pieces of alarm information of the associated alarm group are further divided into a core alarm and a plurality of induced alarms associated with the core alarm; core alarms, independent alarms and induced alarms are warned in different level forms, so that the alarm recognition efficiency and the handling efficiency of the pilot are greatly improved, the cognitive load of redundant alarms to the pilot is reduced, and the flight safety of the pilot is improved.
