The invention provides a hoisting tool for turning over a frame of a rail engineering truck. The hoisting tool comprises a rib plate, the bent plate is arranged on the inner side surface of the rib plate; the pin shaft is arranged in the bent plate; and the cotter pin is arranged in one end of the pin shaft. According to the hoisting tool for overturning the frame of the rail engineering truck, through mutual cooperation of the rib plates, the plug pins, the nuts, the cotter pins, the bent plates, the pin shafts, the shackles, the steel wire ropes and other structures, when the hoisting tool is used, the bent plates are arranged on the outer side face of the frame in a sleeving mode, and the pin shafts are inserted into the bent plates; then the cotter pin is inserted into the pin shaft, so that the bent plate is limited on the outer side face of the frame, and then the steel wire rope is inserted into the shackle to be connected with the crown block, so that the steel wire rope can be prevented from being directly arranged on the outer side face of the frame in a sleeving manner, and direct friction between the steel wire rope and the frame is avoided; the service life of the steel wire rope is prolonged, and safety is improved.
