The invention relates to a hoisting device capable of automatically adjusting balance, and belongs to the field of hoisting devices, the hoisting device comprises first steel wire ropes, second steel wire ropes are connected below the first steel wire ropes, first connecting plates are connected to the tail ends of the second steel wire ropes, and supporting plates are fixedly connected between every two adjacent first connecting plates; a first supporting assembly and a second supporting assembly are slidably mounted on the left side and the right side of the supporting plate correspondingly, a first electric push rod is mounted between the first supporting assembly and the second supporting assembly, and third steel wire ropes are arranged below the first supporting assembly and the second supporting assembly correspondingly. A first lifting ring is connected to the bottom of the third steel wire rope, a first lifting lug is connected to the lower portion of the first lifting ring, and a main frame is arranged below the first lifting lug. The lifting device solves the problems that an existing lifting device does not have the balance adjusting function, and the balance weight on the other side of the lifting device cannot be progressively increased when goods incline towards one side of the lifting device.
