According to the hydrogenation control method and device of the vehicle, if a whole vehicle safety state signal indicates that the state of the vehicle meets the hydrogenation condition and a system state signal indicates that the state of a vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage system meets the hydrogenation condition, it is indicated that safe hydrogenation can be conducted at present, and therefore hydrogen is injected into the vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage system. In the hydrogen filling process, the state of the vehicle and the state of the vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage system continue to be detected, and if the detected state does not meet the hydrogen filling condition, it is indicated that other abnormal conditions occur in the hydrogen filling process, so that safety risks possibly exist in continuous filling in the state at the moment, and hydrogen filling is stopped. It can be seen that the state is detected before filling is started, hydrogen filling is started only when both the state and the state meet the hydrogenation condition, the state is continuously detected in the filling process, and hydrogen filling is stopped once the hydrogenation condition is not met. On the basis, the hydrogenation safety in the whole hydrogenation process is improved.

    本申请公开一种车辆的加氢控制方法及装置,若整车安全状态信号指示车辆的状态满足加氢条件,且系统状态信号指示车载储氢系统的状态满足加氢条件,表明当前可以安全加氢,故向车载储氢系统进行氢气加注。在进行氢气加注的过程中,继续对车辆的状态进行检测以及对车载储氢系统的状态进行检测,若检测到的状态不满足加氢条件,表明在氢气加注的过程中出现其他异常情况,使得此时的状态继续加注可能会有安全风险,故停止氢气加注。可见,本申请在开始加注前检测状态,二者均满足加氢条件才开始氢气加注,并且在加注过程中继续检测状态,一旦不满足加氢条件,则停止氢气加注。基于此,有利于提高加氢全过程中的加氢安全性。
