The invention discloses a magnetic pole installation mechanism for a generator rotor and an installation technology, the magnetic pole installation mechanism for the generator rotor comprises an upper hanging bracket (1) and a lower hanging bracket (2), two ends of the upper hanging bracket (1) and two ends of the lower hanging bracket (2) form installation parts (3), and the installation parts (3) of the upper hanging bracket (1) and the lower hanging bracket (2) are connected with each other through a double-thread screw (4). Two ends of the double-thread screw (4) extend to the outer side of the mounting part (3) and are connected with fixing nuts, a mounting cavity for accommodating a rotor magnetic pole is formed among the upper hanging bracket (1), the lower hanging bracket (2) and the double-thread screw (4), a plurality of first binding belts (5) are distributed outside the mounting cavity, and the first binding belts (5) are used for mutually binding the rotor magnetic pole and the double-thread screw (4); and the mounting part (3) is buckled and connected with a double-thread screw (4) through a clamping assembly. The device has the advantages of being small in occupied space, convenient to operate and high in safety.
