The invention discloses a charging control circuit, a control method thereof and an electric automobile, and relates to the technical field of charging control, the charging control circuit comprises a mode switching module, a high-voltage battery pack and an integrated control module which are connected in sequence, and the integrated control module comprises a power unit and a switch unit. The power unit is respectively connected with the mode switching module, the high-voltage battery pack and the motor, and the switch unit is respectively connected with the mode switching module and the motor; the mode switching module is used for switching a charging mode and switching on a charging loop corresponding to the target charging mode in the target charging mode, so that the charging pile charges the high-voltage battery pack in different modes; wherein the charging mode comprises at least two of a boost charging mode, a direct current fast charging mode and a current-up charging mode. The charging speed is increased, the circuit applicability is improved, and the development difficulty and cost of the whole vehicle are saved.
