The invention provides a method for reducing air resistance by horizontally arranging a sailboard in an earth shadow area, which can be applied to satellites of which solar wings continuously track the sun to obtain energy, in particular to ultra-low orbit earth pointing satellites with relatively large atmospheric resistance. Through recording or real-time calculation of an earth shadow area under a current track, the method enables a sailboard to rapidly capture a sailboard corner position with a minimum windward side when the sailboard enters the earth shadow area, then the sailboard is kept in a horizontal state, and a latest starting control point in the earth shadow area is calculated, so that the sailboard starts to rotate from the starting control point; the sailboard can directly face the sun when a satellite enters an illumination area. According to the method, the windward area of the satellite is reduced while satellite energy is not affected, so that orbit attenuation caused by atmospheric resistance to the satellite is reduced, and the purpose of saving fuel is achieved.

    本发明提出一种地影区帆板平置减小气阻的方法,可应用于太阳翼连续跟踪太阳以获取能源的卫星,尤其是大气阻力较大的超低轨道对地指向卫星。通过记录或者实时计算当前轨道下的地影区,此方法让帆板在进入地影区时快速捕获到迎风面最小的帆板转角位置,然后保持平置状态,并计算出地影区时的最晚起控点,使得帆板从起控点开始转动,实现卫星在进入光照区时帆板能够正对太阳。此方法在不影响卫星能源的同时通过减小卫星的迎风面积,进而减小大气阻力给卫星带来的轨道衰减,达到节省燃料的目的。
