The invention discloses a control method for an electronic expansion valve of an air conditioner of a rail train, and belongs to the technical field of refrigeration control of rail vehicles. The method comprises the following steps: S1, determining an actual superheat degree value according to the rotating speed of a compressor, the actual outlet pressure of an evaporator and the outlet temperature of the evaporator; s2, according to the actual air supply temperature and the target air outlet temperature in the vehicle, the valve element movement rate of the electronic expansion valve is calculated; s3, a superheat degree target value is determined according to the outdoor environment temperature, the in-vehicle target temperature and the in-vehicle return air temperature; and S4, according to the frequency of the compressor, the difference between the actual heat value and the target superheat value is compared, the superheat error is obtained, and the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is controlled. According to the control method for the rail train air conditioner electronic expansion valve, errors are removed, the opening proportion of the electronic expansion valve is accurately calculated, the opening of the expansion valve can be accurately positioned, and the liquid supply amount control precision of an evaporator is improved.

    本发明公开了一种轨道列车空调电子膨胀阀的控制方法,属于轨道车辆制冷控制技术领域。它包括如下步骤:步骤S1、依据压缩机转速、蒸发器出口实际压力和蒸发器出口温度,确定过热度实际值;步骤S2、依据车内实际送风温度和目标出风温度,计算电子膨胀阀的阀芯运动速率;步骤S3、依据室外环境温度、车内目标温度和车内回风温度,确定过热度目标值;步骤S4、依据压缩机频率,比对热度实际值与过热度目标值的差异,得到过热度误差,控制电子膨胀阀的开度。本发明提供一种轨道列车空调电子膨胀阀的控制方法,去除误差,精确计算电子膨胀阀开度比例,使膨胀阀开度能准确定位,提高蒸发器供液量控制精度。
