A charging control device; wherein the low-voltage topology identification equipment is connected with a plurality of low-voltage electricity meter nodes through transmission lines, and the low-voltage topology identification equipment generates a topological relation network comprising the plurality of low-voltage electricity meter nodes; wherein the charging control equipment is connected with a plurality of charging piles arranged under the corresponding low-voltage ammeter nodes through communication lines, and the charging control equipment generates charging pile control instructions transmitted to the plurality of charging piles according to the topological relation network so as to control the charging piles to execute charging actions. According to the method, the charging pile control instruction is generated by obtaining the topological relation network of the transformer area, and the number of the charging piles in the transformer area is expanded by reasonably controlling the corresponding charging piles to execute the charging action under the limitation of transformer area total load or transmission line load balance and the like.

    本发明涉及电力技术领域,公开了一种基于拓扑自动识别的台区充电桩扩容系统及方法,该系统具有:低压拓扑识别设备;充电控制设备;其中,所述低压拓扑识别设备通过传输线连接若干个低压电表节点,所述低压拓扑识别设备生成包括若干个低压电表节点的拓扑关系网络;其中,所述充电控制设备通过通信线连接若干个布设于对应低压电表节点下的充电桩,所述充电控制设备根据所述拓扑关系网络生成向若干个充电桩传输的充电桩控制指令,以控制充电桩执行充电动作。本发明通过获取台区的拓扑关系网络,以此生成充电桩控制指令,实现在台区总负载或传输线负载均衡等限制下,通过合理控制对应充电桩执行充电动作对台区充电桩数量进行扩容。
