The invention discloses a control method and device of a hybrid vehicle and the hybrid vehicle. The method comprises the steps that fault information of an engine is obtained, and the fault information at least comprises a starting fault and a torque limiting fault; obtaining the residual electric quantity of the power battery; and generating a control instruction set based on the fault information and the residual electric quantity, the control instruction set being used for controlling the hybrid vehicle to execute a safe driving strategy, the safe driving strategy comprises at least one of the following strategies: a pure electric driving strategy, a pure electric driving strategy and a strategy of adjusting motor driving power to preset power, a hybrid driving strategy and a strategy of forbidding charging of a power battery, an engine direct driving strategy and an engine direct driving strategy and a strategy of forbidding working of high-voltage accessories. According to the invention, the technical problem that the power battery is easy to be seriously lack of electricity when the power battery cannot be charged due to a fault of the hybrid vehicle is solved.

    本发明公开了一种混动车辆的控制方法、控制装置及混动车辆。其中,该方法包括:获取发动机的故障信息,其中,故障信息至少包括:启动故障和限扭故障;获取动力电池的剩余电量;基于故障信息和剩余电量生成控制指令集,控制指令集用于控制混动车辆执行安全行驶策略,其中,安全行驶策略包括如下至少之一:纯电行驶的策略、纯电行驶且将电机驱动功率调至预设功率的策略、混动行驶且禁止为动力电池充电的策略、发动机直驱的策略以及发动机直驱且禁止高压附件工作的策略。本发明解决了混动车辆因故障无法给动力电池补电时,动力电池易出现严重亏电的技术问题。
