The invention provides an EPB-based driving anti-skid control system for a centralized driving electric unmanned vehicle. The system comprises a vehicle control unit VCU, a motor controller MCU, a driving motor, a differential mechanism and an electro-hydraulic braking system EHB, and the vehicle control unit VCU controls the motor controller MCU and an EPB controller through CAN communication; the EPB controller controls the left EPB and the right EPB, the left EPB is connected with the left rear driving wheel, and the right EPB is connected with the right rear driving wheel; the left rear driving wheel, the right rear driving wheel, the left front driven wheel and the right front driven wheel are each provided with a wheel speed sensor. The left front driven wheel and the right front driven wheel are connected with an electric power steering (EPS) and are controlled by an EPS controller, and the left rear driving wheel and the right rear driving wheel are connected into a differential mechanism; and the system calculates the slip rate of the driving wheel, compares the slip rate with a set slip rate threshold value, judges the slip condition, and performs execution control. And compared with traditional mechanical parking braking, use of a mechanical structure is reduced, and driving anti-skid control can be conducted according to different working conditions.

    本申请提出一种基于EPB的集中式驱动电动无人车驱动防滑控制系统,包括整车控制器VCU、电机控制器MCU、驱动电机、差速器、电液制动系统EHB,整车控制器VCU通过CAN通讯控制电机控制器MCU和EPB控制器;EPB控制器控制左EPB和右EPB,左EPB连接左后驱动轮,右EPB连接右后驱动轮;左后驱动轮、右后驱动轮、左前从动轮和右前从动轮均配置轮速传感器;左前从动轮和右前从动轮连接电动助力转向系统EPS,并通过EPS控制器控制,左后驱动轮和右后驱动轮接入差速器;系统对驱动轮滑转率进行计算,与设定滑转率阈值的比较,判断打滑情况,并进行执行控制。与传统机械驻车制动相比,减少了机械结构的使用,能够针对不同工况进行驱动防滑控制。
