The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft automatic docking, and particularly relates to an aircraft automatic docking measuring pin and a docking method thereof.A laser tracker is used for measuring the docking intersection theoretical values of a central wing and an outer wing at the initial positions of the central wing and the outer wing through a coaxial measuring pin, and posture adjustment and in-position calculation are carried out; after a docking station is calibrated, the outer wing moves to a retreating station and carries out simulation in-position, and through measurement and comparison, a docking system error is calculated and a theoretical value of a central wing docking intersection point is corrected; the outer wing returns to the docking station, and the theoretical value of the docking intersection point of the outer wing is measured again; posture adjustment, in-position angle calculation and trajectory planning are conducted through the corrected central wing butt joint intersection point theoretical value and the re-measured outer wing butt joint intersection point theoretical value, and the outer wing is driven to be successfully in position to be in butt joint with the central wing. According to the method, automatic butt joint of the wings is completed, the butt joint precision and reliability are greatly improved, and the universality of the butt joint method is achieved.

    本发明属于飞机自动化对接技术领域,具体涉及一种飞机自动化对接测量销及其对接方法,用激光跟踪仪在中央翼及外翼初始站位利用同轴测量销分别测得中央翼及外翼的对接交点理论值,并进行调姿及入位计算;在标定对接站位后,外翼移至后退站位并进行模拟入位,通过测量对比,计算出对接系统误差并修正中央翼对接交点理论值;外翼回至对接站位,重新测得外翼对接交点理论值;用修正后中央翼对接交点理论值和重新测得外翼对接交点理论值接进行调姿、入位角度计算及轨迹规划,并驱动外翼成功入位对接中央翼。此方法完成了机翼的自动化对接,极大地提高了对接精度和可靠性,实现了对接方法的通用性。
