The compact well drilling and workover winch with the automatic bit feeding device comprises a main motor, and the main motor is connected with an input shaft of a reduction gearbox through a coupler a; an output shaft of the reduction gearbox is connected with the left end of the roller shaft assembly through a coupler b; the right end of the roller shaft assembly is connected with the tooth clutch through a key b; and the tooth clutch is connected with the automatic bit feeding device assembly through a chain. The roller shaft assembly is provided with hydraulic disc type brake devices which are arranged diagonally on the two sides of the roller shaft assembly; the reduction gearbox is provided with an independent engine oil lubricating device. The reduction gearbox adopts two-gear gear transmission and can output a high gear and a low gear, and meanwhile, an automatic drill feeding device is arranged, so that working conditions required by well drilling and repairing can be completely met. The winch is compact in structure, easy to install, convenient to transport and complete in function, working efficiency of the winch is effectively improved, and drilling and workover operation time is shortened.

    本发明带有自动送钻装置的紧凑型钻修井绞车,包括主电机,主电机通过联轴器a与减速箱的输入轴连接;减速箱的输出轴通过联轴器b与滚筒轴总成左端连接;滚筒轴总成右端通过键b与齿式离合器连接;齿式离合器通过链条与自动送钻装置总成连接。滚筒轴总成配有双边双侧对角布置的液压盘式刹车装置;减速箱配有单独机油润滑装置。减速箱采用两挡齿轮传动,能输出高低速两个挡位,同时配置了自动送钻装置,可完全满足钻修井所需工况。结构紧凑,安装简单,运输方便,功能完备,有效提高了绞车工作效率,降低了钻修井作业时间。
