The invention relates to a power take-off function control system, a power take-off function control method and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of vehicles. The system comprises a power take-off switch, a power take-off controller, a whole vehicle controller, a power take-off motor controller and a power take-off motor. Wherein the power takeoff controller sends a power takeoff function request to the vehicle control unit after the power takeoff switch is activated; the vehicle control unit responds to the power take-off function request to detect the vehicle state, and under the condition that the vehicle state meets the power take-off function enabling condition, a function enabling command is sent to the power take-off controller; the power take-off controller forwards the function enabling command to a power take-off motor controller; the power take-off motor controller controls the power take-off motor to operate according to the function enabling command; and the power take-off motor controls the working device to execute lifting operation or falling operation. The problem that an electric drive axle vehicle without a power takeoff cannot achieve the power takeoff function can be solved.
