A second winch is arranged on the tower frame, the traction cable is led out from the first winch, penetrates through the second winch and then is connected with the end, away from the first winch, of the bridge body ladder assembly, and the safety cable is led out from the first winch, penetrates through the second winch and then is connected with a bridge body ladder assembly body; an inclined support is arranged on the base frame, a fixing clamping plate is arranged on the inclined support, and when the traction cable is lowered down the bridge body ladder assembly, the bridge body ladder assembly abuts against the fixing clamping plate. According to the remote control trestle device for the unmanned platform, the risk caused by collision between an operation and maintenance ship and the platform and fluctuation of the ship is avoided through the arrangement of the bridge body ladder assembly, and the safety of embarkation operation is improved through the structural design and the arrangement of safety equipment.
