The invention discloses six-degree-of-freedom docking equipment based on a mobile platform, which comprises a vehicle body structure, an auxiliary supporting system, a walking driving system, a six-degree-of-freedom system, a Z-direction rotating system and an electrical control system are mounted on the vehicle body structure, the vehicle body structure comprises a vehicle frame, and apron boards are arranged on two sides of the vehicle frame. The auxiliary supporting system is located at the bottom of the frame and plays a role in auxiliary supporting. The walking driving systems are located at the four corners of the frame, and the walking function of the frame is achieved. The six-degree-of-freedom system is located on the Z-direction rotating system, and the Z-direction rotating system is located in the middle of the frame and controls the six-degree-of-freedom system to rotate.
