The data acquisition module is used for acquiring various operating data of the crane; the data transmission module adopts a wireless communication technology; the data processing center is used for receiving and processing the operation data transmitted by the data transmission module; the monitoring display module is used for visually displaying a result processed by the data processing center; the alarm module is used for giving an alarm when the data processing center diagnoses that the crane has a fault; the remote control module is used for remotely controlling the crane when necessary; the operation safety of the crane is greatly improved, the fault diagnosis accuracy is improved, and the problem that the real-time and continuous monitoring of the crane is difficult to realize due to the limited frequency of manual inspection is solved.
