The control method comprises the steps that the absolute angle of a folding arm and the telescopic length of a main arm are obtained; the current value of an oil cylinder oil return proportional valve is determined according to the absolute angle of the folding arm and the telescopic length of the main arm; and the action of an oil cylinder oil return proportional valve is controlled according to the current value, and variable control over the oil return amount of the boom oil cylinder is achieved. On the basis of not changing the electric/hydraulic hardware configuration of the existing working platform, the current value of the oil return proportional valve of the oil cylinder is determined through the detected real-time boom posture, then the hydraulic oil return quantity of the boom action oil cylinder is dynamically adjusted according to the current value, the stability of the boom in the action process is ensured, and the working efficiency is improved. And the luffing operation of the boom is safer.

    本发明公开了一种折臂臂架控制方法、系统、高空作业平台及存储介质,涉及工程机械技术领域。所述控制方法包括获取折臂绝对角度和主臂伸缩长度;根据所述折臂绝对角度和主臂伸缩长度确定油缸回油比例阀的电流值;根据所述电流值控制油缸回油比例阀的动作,实现臂架油缸回油量的变量控制。本发明在不改变现有作业平台的电气/液压硬件配置的基础上,通过检测到的实时臂架姿态确定油缸回油比例阀的电流值,然后根据该电流值动态调整臂架动作油缸的液压回油量大小,确保了臂架在动作过程中的平稳性,使得臂架变幅操作更加安全。
