The end of the first steel wire rope penetrates through the stand column, bypasses the first fixed pulley and then is fixed to the bottom of the torch shell section. The end of the second steel wire rope penetrates through the stand column or bypasses the second fixed pulley and then is fixed to the bottom of the torch shell section. According to the invention, the overall structure of the release torch device is improved, and the vertical pipe is put down and erected in a manner of integrally rotating and lifting the vertical pipe, so that the inspection and maintenance time of the torch is greatly shortened, the safety risk of inspection and maintenance is reduced, and a large amount of maintenance cost is saved.

    本发明公开了一种可升降的放空火炬装置及升降方案,包括底座组件,底座组件上有两个立柱,两个立柱之间设置有用于套设在火炬底部的火炬筒节,所述火炬筒节的上端通过水平转轴与两个立柱可转动连接;底座组件的一侧设有定滑轮一,另一侧设有定滑轮二;定滑轮二所在一侧还设置有主卷扬机和副卷扬机;主卷扬机安装有钢丝绳一,钢丝绳一的端部穿过立柱并绕过定滑轮一后固定在火炬筒节底部;副卷扬机安装有钢丝绳二,钢丝绳二的端部穿过立柱或绕过定滑轮二后固定在火炬筒节底部。本发明通过改进放空火炬装置整体结构,采用立管整体旋转升降的方式来实现立管的放倒和竖立,极大缩短了火炬检维修时间,降低了检修的安全风险,节省了大量的维护保养费用。
