The invention discloses a hybrid propulsion system cross coupling fault diagnosis method and system, and the method comprises the following steps: 1, building a coupling model between an air condition and a ground condition through analyzing the motion state data of an aerocar in an air-ground conversion process; 2, researching a functional coupling relationship between a turboshaft engine and a motor actuator based on a hovercar motion state coupling result in the step 1; and 3, based on the fault prediction characteristic value in the step 2, continuously monitoring sensor data and an actuator state by the system, and performing real-time fault diagnosis based on cross coupling characteristics to obtain system real-time diagnosis feedback and adjustment suggestions. According to the invention, accurate coupling analysis between air and ground working conditions is realized, and fault diagnosis and early warning can be carried out on coupling characteristics in the air take-off stage and the ground landing stage by monitoring motion state data in real time.

    本发明公开了一种混合推进系统交叉耦合故障诊断方法及系统,包括以下步骤:步骤一:通过分析飞行汽车在空地转换过程中的运动状态数据,建立空中和地面工况之间的耦合模型;步骤二:基于步骤一中的飞行汽车运动状态耦合结果,研究涡轴发动机与电机执行器之间的功能耦合关系;步骤三:基于步骤二中的故障预测特征值,系统将持续监测传感器数据和执行器状态,并基于交叉耦合特性进行实时故障诊断,得到系统实时诊断反馈与调整建议。本发明实现了空中和地面工况之间的准确耦合分析,还能够通过实时监测运动状态数据,对空中起飞和地面降落阶段的耦合特性进行故障诊断和预警。
