The invention relates to the field of data processing, in particular to a flight trajectory prediction method, electronic equipment and a storage medium, the flight trajectory prediction method is realized based on a flight trajectory prediction model, and the model comprises a trajectory encoder, a horizontal perception context generator, a wavelet transform-based frequency learning machine, a differential prompt decoder and a predictor which are connected in sequence; the track encoder comprises a first track point embedding module, a time modeling module and a sequence aggregation module which are connected in sequence, and the horizontal sensing context generator comprises a one-hot vector encoding module, a horizontal embedding module, a feature aggregation module and a first feature mapping module. The frequency learning machine based on wavelet transformation comprises a domain transformation module, a second feature mapping module and an inverse wavelet transformation module. The differential prompt decoder comprises a differential sequence coding module, a second track point embedding module, a feature fusion module and a third feature mapping module. According to the method, error accumulation can be reduced, and the calculation efficiency of a multi-level flight path prediction task can be improved.
