本发明公开了一种交通组织与信号配时系统,包括两条交叉设置的道路,两条所述道路的交叉口处对应安装有配合使用的路口交通信号灯和视频监控器,各条所述道路表面对应设有对向车行道分界线,交叉口入口侧的各条所述道路上自所述对向车行道分界线向外依次布置有至少一条左转导向车道、至少一条直行导向车道和一条非机动车道。在本申请中当路口视频监控检测出口道排队长度较长反溢至路口或有反溢至路口的趋势时,此时启动借道对向进口道同步左转车辆后置待转的交通组织信号配时方案,副信号灯配合主信号灯进行协调控制,保证车流畅通,缓解路口拥堵情况。
