The invention relates to a vehicle starting control method and device, electronic equipment and a vehicle. The vehicle starting control method comprises the steps that a vehicle is controlled to run in a rapid starting mode; calculating a first torque of an engine required to meet a vehicle starting condition in the rapid starting mode; when the brake release signal is received, the engine is controlled to output first torque, and meanwhile the clutch is controlled to be engaged to a first engagement process; under the condition that the brake loosening duration is smaller than the set starting duration and an accelerator opening signal is received, the vehicle is controlled to execute the rapid starting action; and under the condition that the accelerator opening signal is not received and the brake loosening duration is longer than or equal to the set starting duration, the vehicle is controlled to execute the automatic starting action. According to the vehicle starting control method, after the brake is released, the engine is controlled to output the first torque immediately, the clutch is controlled to be engaged immediately, the starting speed of the automatic transmission vehicle is effectively increased, and the automatic transmission vehicle can meet the application requirement for multi-scene rapid starting.
