The invention relates to the technical field of anchor chain structures, and discloses a high-corrosion-resistance bimetal composite anchor chain and a preparation method thereof.According to the bimetal composite anchor chain, a stainless steel coating, an alloy middle layer and a carbon steel base layer are combined together in a hot rolling compounding mode, and the stainless steel coating and the alloy middle layer are in concave fit; the carbon steel base layer and the alloy middle layer are in concave fit. The alloy middle layer comprises Ni, Cu and P, and the content of Ni at the concave structure is far lower than that at the plane structure. The bimetallic composite anchor chain provided by the invention not only has high corrosion resistance of the stainless steel coating layer, but also can maintain high strength of the carbon steel base layer, carbon elements can be more effectively prevented from diffusing from carbon steel to stainless steel by the concave structure and distribution and content of Ni, Cu and P of the NiCuP alloy intermediate layer, and cathode protection can be performed on the stainless steel coating layer.
