The invention discloses an elevator control system based on artificial intelligence, which belongs to the technical field of elevator control, and comprises a plurality of layers of architectures such as data acquisition, transmission, processing, intelligent decision, execution control and the like. The data acquisition layer collects multi-source data through a car inside and outside and operation state sensor group; the data processing layer provides support for intelligent decision-making through preprocessing, analysis mining and model training optimization. An elevator dispatching module of the intelligent decision-making layer carries out peak dynamic zoning and flat peak energy-saving dispatching according to information such as passenger flow; the safety protection module monitors and processes hidden dangers in real time; the personalized service module provides customized services based on passenger behaviors and demands. And driving of the control layer, a door machine and a car environment control system are executed, and stable lifting of the car, safe operation of a door and intelligent environment adjustment are achieved correspondingly. Experiments show that the system can remarkably improve the elevator operation efficiency, safety and passenger satisfaction and reduce energy consumption, and has important application value.

    本发明公开了一种基于人工智能的电梯控制系统,属于电梯控制技术领域,该系统涵盖数据采集、传输、处理、智能决策和执行控制等多层架构。数据采集层通过轿厢内外及运行状态传感器组收集多源数据;数据处理层经预处理、分析挖掘及模型训练优化,为智能决策提供支撑。智能决策层的电梯调度模块依客流量等信息,高峰动态分区、平峰节能调度;安全保护模块实时监测并处理隐患;个性化服务模块基于乘客行为和需求提供定制服务。执行控制层的驱动、门机和轿厢环境控制系统,分别实现轿厢平稳升降、门安全运行及环境智能调节。实验表明,该系统可显著提升电梯运行效率、安全性和乘客满意度,降低能耗,具有重要应用价值。
