The invention provides an intelligent grabbing control method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that a material pile image corresponding to a material pile located below a discharging port is collected through an image sensor; performing contour segmentation processing on the material pile image by using a preset image processing model, and determining a material pile contour and a formed material area; performing multi-dimensional feature analysis on the material region, determining a plurality of feature parameters, and calculating a stacking index of the material stack in the set region of interest according to the plurality of feature parameters; according to the accumulation index, whether the material pile reaches the grabbing standard or not is determined; and if the material pile reaches the grabbing standard, the crane is controlled to grab the material pile according to the multiple characteristic parameters. The material pile grabbing is automatically completed by recognizing the material stacking condition, and the material pile processing efficiency and stability are improved.

    本申请提供了一种智能抓取控制方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质,方法包括:通过图像传感器采集位于出料口下方的物料堆对应的物料堆图像;利用预设图像处理模型对物料堆图像进行轮廓分割处理,确定物料堆轮廓及其形成的物料区域;对物料区域进行多维特征分析,确定多个特征参数并根据多个特征参数计算物料堆在设定感兴趣区域内的堆积指数;根据堆积指数,确定物料堆是否达到抓取标准;若物料堆达到抓取标准,则根据多个特征参数控制起重机对物料堆进行抓取。本申请通过识别物料堆积情况自动化完成对物料堆抓取,提高物料堆处理效率和稳定性。
