The invention provides a tower crane risk detection method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: collecting a plurality of pieces of first to-be-detected data of a to-be-detected tower crane in a first detection time period; dividing the first to-be-detected data into a plurality of first to-be-detected data sets according to position attribute data of the to-be-detected tower crane when the first to-be-detected data are collected; determining a sub-inclination risk of the to-be-detected tower crane at a corresponding position of the first to-be-detected data set according to a change trend between first inclination angles in the first to-be-detected data set; wherein the first inclination angle is obtained through calculation of the first to-be-detected data; and determining the overall inclination risk of the to-be-detected tower crane in the first detection time period according to the sub-inclination risk of the corresponding position of each first to-be-detected data set. According to the invention, mass data can be efficiently processed, and the accuracy of tower crane detection is ensured.
