The motor rotor is arranged on the outer side of the motor stator, the encoder rotor is arranged on the outer side of the encoder stator, the encoder rotor is fixedly connected to the motor rotor, and the encoder rotor rotates along with the motor rotor; the motor rotor and the encoder rotor are rotatably connected to the fixed shaft, and the encoder stator is connected to the fixed shaft; the hub is connected with the motor rotor through the reduction gear assembly, and the motor rotor drives the hub to rotate through the reduction gear assembly. The power-off braking assembly is at least used for braking the hub after the motor stator loses power, and the hub is prevented from rotating. The encoder is additionally arranged in the motor, so that the position information and the rotation angle of the motor rotor can be accurately detected and can be accurately controlled, and the rotation precision of the hub is high.
