A charging demand alternative set, a temperature state value and a charging state value of a charging pile corresponding to a charging pile user are obtained by judging and analyzing a charging pile user behavior characteristic demand parameter and a charging pile user charging association demand parameter and then counting and analyzing a charging pile temperature state parameter and a charging pile charging state parameter; the charging pile can be ensured to operate in a proper temperature range interval, the charging pile can immediately remind a worker in an abnormal working state, the working pressure and heating of internal elements of the charging pile are reduced in a low charging peak period, the stability of a power grid of the charging pile is ensured in a high charging peak period, and the service life of the charging pile is prolonged.
