The invention relates to a foldable crawler-type wall-climbing robot based on a magnetic control suction cup. A folding structure is composed of a folding frame, a folding connecting frame, a folding plate, a steering engine, a rudder arm and a steering engine connecting rod, and the steering engine controls stretching and folding of the folding frame through the rudder arm and the connecting rod; the crawler-type transmission structure is composed of a crawler belt, crawler wheels, crawler wheel connecting frames, a magnet guide rail supporting frame and a magnet guide rail, the magnet guide rail is fixed through the supporting frame, a stable magnetic environment is provided for the magnetic control suction cup, and it is ensured that the robot stably moves on the wall face; a motor fixing frame is installed on a folding frame, a soft silica gel cavity film adheres to the edge of a magnetic control suction cup, a round magnet, a rubber piston, a telescopic spring and a magnetic suction piston connecting piece are integrated in a magnetic control valve, air exhaust and air release of the rubber piston are controlled through the magnetic force action of the magnet and a magnet guide rail, and adsorption and desorption of the suction cup are achieved; a fan or a vacuum pump is not needed, weight is obviously reduced, and load capacity is improved.

    本发明涉及一种基于磁控吸盘的可折叠履带式爬壁机器人,折叠结构由折叠架、折叠连接架、折叠板、舵机、舵臂及舵机连杆组成,舵机通过舵臂与连杆控制折叠架的伸展与折叠,履带式传动结构由履带、履带轮、履带轮连接架、磁铁导轨支撑架和磁铁导轨组成,磁铁导轨通过支撑架固定,为磁控吸盘提供稳定的磁力环境,确保机器人在壁面上稳定移动,驱动结构采用带编码器的直流减速电机提供动力,通过电机固定架安装于折叠架上,磁控吸盘中吸盘边缘粘附软硅胶腔膜,磁控阀门内部集成圆形磁铁、橡胶活塞、伸缩弹簧及磁吸活塞连接件,通过磁铁与磁铁导轨的磁力作用,控制橡胶活塞的抽气与放气,实现吸盘的吸附与脱附,无需风机或真空泵,显著减轻重量并提升负载能力。
