The invention discloses automatic exhaust equipment and method for landing recovery of aerostats, and relates to the technical field of aerostats, the automatic exhaust equipment comprises an air draft assembly, a conveying assembly, an extrusion assembly and an auxiliary storage assembly; by arranging the air draft assembly, the conveying assembly, the extrusion assembly and the auxiliary storage assembly, air in an aerostat falling on the conveying assembly is firstly pumped out through the air draft assembly, and then the aerostat is conveyed into the extrusion assembly through the conveying assembly to be extruded so as to assist in exhausting; the conveying assembly conveys the aerostat into the auxiliary storage assembly, the aerostat is extruded for multiple times to be shrunk so that the aerostat can be folded and stored in a warehouse, the whole equipment achieves the automatic exhausting, extruding and storing processes of landing recovery of the aerostat, manual operation is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved; and air extraction is still carried out in the extrusion process, so that the exhaust rate of the aerostat can be increased, and air in the aerostat can be rapidly exhausted.
本发明公开了一种用于浮空器落地回收的自动化排气设备及方法,涉及浮空器技术领域,包括抽风组件、传送组件、挤压组件以及辅助存储组件;本发明通过设置抽风组件、传送组件、挤压组件和辅助存储组件,落在传送组件上的浮空器首先通过抽风组件将其内部的气体抽出,然后经传送组件送往挤压组件中对浮空器挤压以辅助排气,传送组件将浮空器送至辅助存储组件中经多次挤压缩小形状以便于进行折叠入库存储,整个设备实现了浮空器落地回收的自动化排气、挤压和存储过程,减少了人工操作,提高了工作效率,抽风组件与挤压组件配合,在挤压过程中仍进行抽气,有助于提高浮空器排气速率,使浮空器内部气体能够快速排出。
