本发明一种成垛物料吊装夹具,包括连接横梁,连接横梁的两端铰接有钳臂,钳臂的最底部设置L形钳脚,钳臂内侧铰接有连接杆。连接横梁的中间孔内穿设导向杆,导向杆的底部固设连接耳,连接耳两端铰接连接杆的另一端,导向杆顶端穿入导向套内孔,导向套顶端铰接吊环,导向套底部两侧固设耳板,耳板上铰接一对弧形开闭钩。导向杆上位于导向套和连接横梁之间套设定椎体和动椎体。本发明通过导向杆在导向套内直线运动,带动连接杆运动,连接杆带动钳臂运动,实现钳臂的开合。连接杆带动钳臂运动,与滑动支腿形成联动,在接触地面时,滑动支腿首先落地与底面形成缓冲,避免吊具钳臂与地面直接接触,减小吊具钳臂开闭阻力,从而能够平稳实现开闭动作。
