Comprising the following steps: monitoring the voltage, current and temperature of each single battery in a battery pack in real time by using a BMS (Battery Management System), and obtaining the SOC of each single battery and the PackSOC of the battery pack; whether the battery pack reaches the equalization circuit opening condition or not is judged in real time through a BMS, if yes, an equalization circuit is opened, the equalization electric quantity needed by each single battery in the battery pack is calculated, the equalization time is calculated according to the equalization electric quantity, and equalization adjustment is carried out; and judging whether the battery pack reaches the equalization circuit closing condition or not in real time by using a BMS, and if so, closing the equalization circuit.
本发明涉及电池技术领域,提供了一种电池均衡控制方法及系统,旨在解决现有技术中存在的会频繁触发均衡电路开启,容易造成均衡电路板过温报警,导致均衡效果差,以及均衡电路频繁开启会进一步恶化均衡电路板的老化的技术问题。包括:利用BMS实时监测电池组中每个单体电池的电压、电流和温度,并获取每个所述单体电池的SOC和电池组的PackSOC;利用BMS实时判断所述电池组是否达到所述均衡电路开启条件,若是,则开启均衡电路,并计算电池组中单体电池各自需要的均衡电量,再根据所述均衡电量计算均衡时间,进行均衡调节;利用BMS实时判断所述电池组是否达到所述均衡电路关闭条件,若是,则关闭均衡电路。
