The invention provides a flywheel assembly for a man-powered vehicle, which can easily stabilize the preload of a bearing unit and can compactly design the axial length. A flywheel assembly (61) is provided with an outer body (63), an inner body (65), a bearing unit (69), and a lock member (71). The lock member (71) suppresses rotation of the inner ring (83) of the bearing unit (69) with respect to the inner body (65). An inner ring threaded portion (83c) of the inner ring (83) is in threaded engagement with an inner body threaded portion (77) of the inner body (65). A lock member threaded portion (71c) of the lock member (71) is in threaded engagement with an inner body threaded portion (77) of the inner body (65). A first tool engagement section (83b) of the inner ring (83) engages with a first tool (87) in the axial direction. A second tool engagement section (71b) of the lock member (71) engages with a second tool (88) in the axial direction.
