The invention provides a stabilization control method and system for a fuel filling ship at a zero navigational speed. The method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: acquiring rolling data and wind wave data of a refueling ship under a target sea condition in a fuel refueling process in real time; the rolling data and the wind wave data are processed based on a radial basis function neural network, and the precession angular velocity of the stabilization gyro device under the target sea condition is obtained through calculation; the stabilization gyro device is controlled to rotate at the precession angular speed, the stabilization gyro device generates a gyroscopic effect and generates rolling moment, the rolling moment is converted into stabilizing moment for resisting rolling through precession motion, and the rolling angle of the filling ship is reduced; and the stabilizing moment is opposite to the vibration direction of the rolling. According to the method and system, rolling control of the filling ship at the low speed or the zero navigational speed is achieved, the stabilization torque can be adjusted in real time according to sea wave changes, and the stability and safety of the filling ship in the fuel filling operation process are improved.
本申请提供一种零航速下燃料加注船的减摇控制方法和系统。本申请提供的方法,包括:实时采集加注船在燃料加注过程中目标海况下的横摇数据和风浪数据;基于径向基函数神经网络对所述横摇数据和风浪数据进行处理,计算得到所述目标海况下减摇陀螺装置的进动角速度;控制所述减摇陀螺装置在所述进动角速度下旋转,所述减摇陀螺装置产生陀螺效应,产生横摇力矩,通过进动运动将横摇力矩转换为对抗横摇的稳定力矩,减小所述加注船的横摇角度;所述稳定力矩与所述横摇的振动方向相反。本申请提供的方法和系统,实现加注船在低速或零航速下的横摇控制,并且,可以根据海浪变化实时调整减摇力矩,提升加注船在燃料加注作业过程中的稳定性和安全性。
