The embodiment of the invention discloses a terminal airspace flight scheduling decision-making method and system based on mixed linear integer programming, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the information of flights participating in scheduling in a time window from a flight information base, and obtaining the environment information from an operation environment information base; constructing a flight scheduling set; defining decision variables according to business requirements, and constructing a target function of a terminal airspace single-path flight ordering scheduling model; constructing a constraint condition library of the scheduling model; selecting a model according to business requirements; solving and calculating; and outputting decision information of the flight needing to be scheduled. According to the method, complex operation logic and control operation rules between flight pairs operated in a terminal airspace are accurately and abstractly modeled into mathematical linear constraint expression, and an objective function is constructed by minimizing the air waiting time of an incoming flight and minimizing the scheduling time deviation of the incoming and leaving flights; compared with a traditional first-arrival first-service algorithm, a flight sequence with higher efficiency can be obtained, and serious flight time slot waste cannot be generated.

    本发明实施例公开了一种基于混合线性整数规划的终端空域航班调度决策方法及系统,方法包括:从航班信息库获取时间窗内参与调度的航班信息,从运行环境信息库获取环境信息;构建航班调度集合;根据业务需求定义决策变量,构建终端空域单路径航班排序调度模型的目标函数;构建调度模型的约束条件库;依据业务需求选择模型;求解计算;输出需调度航班的决策信息。本发明将终端空域运行的航班对之间复杂运行逻辑以及管制运行规则精确抽象建模为数学线性约束表达,通过最小化进场航班空中等待时间和最小化进离场航班调度时间偏差构建目标函数,先比于传统“先到先服务算法”能获得效率更高的航班序列,不会产生严重的航班时隙浪费。
