The invention discloses an intelligent battery equalization charging and discharging method, which comprises the following steps that: step 1, a battery pack equalization management system sets different corresponding SOH (state of health of a power battery) values according to different battery core materials and battery processes; 2, in the charging and discharging process of the power battery, obtaining the actual health state value of the power battery, and inputting the actual health state value into the battery pack balance management system; 3, the battery pack equalization management system analyzes and compares the actual health state value of the power battery with a set SOH (health state of health) value of the power battery, and judges whether equalization management needs to be carried out or not; and 4, if equalization management needs to be carried out, starting an equalization management mode, and adopting a corresponding equalization mode according to the health state of the power battery. According to the invention, different equalization control strategies are formulated in a complex and changeable environment, so that the efficiency of the battery is greatly utilized, and the safety of the battery is improved.

    本发明公开了一种智能电池均衡充放电方法,其以下步骤:步骤一、电池包均衡管理系统根据电芯材料以及电池工艺的不同,设定不同相应的SOH(动力电池的健康状态)值;步骤二、动力电池在充放电过程中,获取动力电池的健康状态实际值,并输入所述电池包均衡管理系统内;步骤三、电池包均衡管理系统通过将所述动力电池的健康状态实际值与设定的SOH(动力电池的健康状态)值进行分析对比,判断是否需要进行均衡管理;步骤四、若需要进行均衡进行均衡管理,则开启均衡管理模式,并根据动力电池的健康状态采用对应的均衡模式。本发明在复杂多变的环境下,制定不同的均衡控制策略,以更大利用电池的效能,提升电池安全。
