The invention discloses a hydraulic generation motor anomaly detection device and method and a computer readable storage medium. An abnormality detection device for a hydraulic pressure generation motor, according to one aspect of the present invention, detects an abnormality of a hydraulic pressure generation motor that generates a hydraulic pressure for executing braking in accordance with an input displacement of a brake pedal of a vehicle by driving a pump, comprises: a memory for storing one or more commands; and a processor that executes the one or more instructions. The processor inputs input data to an artificial neural network model by executing the one or more instructions and acquires an estimated value of an output variable, and detects whether an abnormality has occurred in the hydraulic generating motor using a difference between the estimated value of the output variable and a measured value of the output variable, the artificial neural network model receives the input data and outputs an estimated value of the output variable related to an output value of the hydraulic generating motor.
