The invention relates to a rapid clamping and positioning device suitable for an extravehicular environment. The rapid clamping and positioning device comprises a handle clamping mechanism and an alignment restraining part. The astronaut pinches and holds the operating handle to promote the handle clamping mechanism to open the clamping space, the handle clamping mechanism can be conveniently put into the two sides of the surface of the flexible equipment, and the alignment restraining component is accurately aligned with the outboard flexible equipment through concave-convex shape matching; when an astronaut releases the operating handle, the handle clamping mechanism automatically closes the clamping space, and the clamping tool is automatically clamped on the surface of flexible equipment under the action of the mechanism self-closing energy storage spring, so that the clamping tool is effectively prevented from floating away from the surface of a product. According to the invention, the technical problems of convenient use of astronauts in an extravehicular environment and operability of effectively restraining the surface of a product are solved, the operability of maintenance and replacement is realized by improving the rigidity of extravehicular flexible equipment, and long-term safe operation of a space station is ensured.

    本发明涉及一种适用舱外环境的快速夹持定位装置,包括把手夹持机构和对位约束部件。航天员通过捏握操作把手,促使把手夹持机构打开夹持空间,方便放入柔性设备表面两侧,对位约束部件通过外形凹凸匹配实现与舱外柔性设备精准对位;当航天员释放操作把手,把手夹持机构自动闭合夹持空间,在机构自闭合储能弹簧作用下,自动夹持在柔性设备表面上,有效防止夹持工具飘离产品表面。本发明解决了航天员在舱外环境中便捷使用且有效约束产品表面的可操作性技术难题,通过提升舱外柔性设备刚度实现维修更换的可操作性,保证空间站长期安全运行。
