The invention relates to the technical field of aircraft maintenance processes, solves the technical problem that fault positions cannot be explicitly displayed in a traditional text description mode, and particularly relates to a fault visualization system based on a maintenance three-dimensional process and an analysis method of the fault visualization system. The system is composed of a data receiving module, a process management module, a three-dimensional process editing module, a fault registration module and other extension modules. The analysis method comprises the steps of initiating fault input, obtaining fault information, positioning a fault point on a model, managing fault data, generating a fault solution and using the fault solution. The method solves the problem that character description cannot explicitly display fault positions through lightweight digital-analog, is used for an aircraft maintenance fault inspection link, effectively improves communication efficiency in a fault information transmission process, can display a fault distribution rule, is beneficial for technicians to analyze fault rules according to historical faults, and improves fault diagnosis efficiency.     本发明涉及飞机维修工艺技术领域,解决了传统采用文字描述的方式不能显性化展现故障位置的技术问题,尤其涉及一种基于维修三维工艺的故障可视化系统及其分析方法,该系统由数据接收模块、工艺管理模块、三维工序编辑模块、故障登记模块以及其他扩展模块组成;其分析方法包括发起故障录入、故障信息获取、在模型上定位故障点、故障数据管理、生成故障解决方案以及故障解决方案使用。本发明通过轻量化数模解决文字描述不能显性化展现故障位置的问题,用于飞机维修故障检查环节,有效提高故障信息传递过程沟通效率,能够展示故障分布规律,有利于技术人员根据历史故障分析故障规律,实现飞机故障数据发起、分析、审批、闭环的全流程可追溯管理。
