The invention discloses a control panel structure of an air conditioner of a rail transit vehicle. The control panel structure comprises a control panel shell and an upper-layer electrical mounting plate movably mounted in an upper side space of the control panel shell, the lower-layer electrical mounting plate is mounted in the lower side space of the control panel shell; a compressor frequency converter, a filter and a compressor wire inlet terminal strip are mounted on the lower-layer electrical mounting plate; a cooling fin opening is formed in the lower portion of the control panel shell, the compressor frequency converter is installed on the lower layer electrical installation plate, cooling fins extend out of the outer side of the control panel shell through the cooling fin opening and are located in the air conditioner air return channel, and the fin direction of the cooling fins is consistent with the air direction in the air conditioner air return channel. And a window and a detachable side shell cover are arranged on one side of the control panel shell. The control panel structure disclosed by the invention is high in mounting flexibility and convenient to maintain, the unique heat dissipation design effectively solves the heat dissipation problem of key electrical parts such as a frequency converter, the stability and reliability of a system are improved, and the service life of the electrical parts is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种轨道交通车辆空调的控制盘结构,包括控制盘壳体,可活动安装在所述控制盘壳体上侧空间内的上层电气安装板;安装在控制盘壳体下侧空间内的下层电气安装板;下层电气安装板上安装有压缩机变频器、滤波器以及压缩机进线端子排;控制盘壳体下部设有散热片开口,压缩机变频器安装在下层电气安装板上且散热片由散热片开口伸出至控制盘壳体外侧并位于空调回风通道内,所述散热片的鳍片方向与空调回风通道内风向一致,控制盘壳体一侧设有窗口和可拆卸侧壳盖。本发明公开的控制盘结构具有通安装的灵活性高和维护便捷性,独特的散热设计有效解决了变频器等关键电气件的散热问题,提高了系统的稳定性和可靠性,延长了电气件的使用寿命。
