The invention provides a method for repairing a damaged airplane by using a high-precision vision measurement technology, and belongs to the technical field of aviation maintenance. The method comprises four important processes in a damaged airplane repairing process: manufacturing a special tool by using a reverse engineering technology, recovering a whole machine coordinate system by using a monocular vision technology, and carrying out accurate auxiliary installation of a frame plate by using a binocular vision real-time positioning technology. And the point cloud scanning technology is used for carrying out accurate comparison on the aerodynamic configuration so as to inspect the aerodynamic configuration repairing effect. The method gets rid of the traditional measurement concept of'tool-assisted and manual ', applies the digital vision technology, performs high-precision repair on the damaged aircraft under the condition of no original aircraft digital model, performs repair result verification, and realizes high-precision digital repair, so that the aircraft repair quality and the combat performance recovery are improved, and the maintenance cost is reduced. The method is suitable for repairing damaged machines with various pneumatic shape deformation and machine body structure damage, and the application effect is remarkable.

    本发明提出一种利用高精度视觉测量技术修复损伤飞机的方法,属于航空维修技术领域。本发明包括损伤飞机修理过程中的四个重要过程:运用逆向工程技术制作专用工装、运用单目视觉技术恢复整机坐标系、运用双目视觉实时定位技术进行框板的精确辅助安装、运用点云扫描技术进行气动外形的精确比对以检验气动外形修复效果。本发明摆脱传统的“工具为辅,人工为主”的测量理念,应用数字化视觉技术,在无原机数模的情况下对损伤机进行高精度修复,并进行修复结果验证,实现高精度数字修理,从而提高飞机修理质量和恢复作战性能,适用于各种气动外形形变、机体结构受损的损伤机修复,应用效果显著。
